Enrique Noguera, Assistant Dean at Passaic County Community College and doctoral candidate in Educational Technology Leadership at New Jersey City University, champions educational technology advancement. His research explores generative AI applications in teaching and learning. Recently, Noguera represented community colleges on a White House panel discussing Black and Latine Excellence.
