About me
Dr. Katie Nieves Licwinko is the Director of Technology for Chester School District. She was previously a technology coordinator and a middle school special education teacher. She is a Google Innovator (VIA20) and Google Trainer. She has her Ed.D. in Educational Technology Leadership and has published and presented extensively about technology integration and supporting all learners.
